Music, entertainment, entertainment and lots of gastronomy, for one of the most anticipated October events in Los Angeles: the Fall Festival. Historical review that returns after the suspension of recent years due to the Pandemic.
Venue of the event, as is tradition, is the splendid Farmers Market, a temple of gourmets since 1934. An extraordinary meeting place and entertainment venue.
At the Fall Festival you will be able to appreciate the best products of the American, ethnic, Latin American and Asian tradition. As always, fresh products will be offered, with an excellent quality-price ratio.
There will be lots of live music, with jazz, big blues protagonists.
And, since Halloween is coming, so many shows and games will have pumpkins as protagonists.
All this, in a jovial and festive atmosphere, typical of this market.
PRACTICAL INFO
HOW TO GET
The Fall Festival takes place within the L.A Farmers Market, between 3rd Street and Fairfax Avenue, south of CBS Television City.
You can reach the area by car and public transport.
The parking areas are located in the north and south of the market. Pay particular attention to the price that could rise up to $30.
All you have to do is make a purchase at the Market, of any amount, to receive a receipt. Thanks to it, you will enjoy 90 minutes of free parking, buying from a merchant. After this time, you will pay as much as $3 for the first 15 minutes, and $1 for every 15 minutes.
If you don’t buy anything, you will always pay $2 for every 15 minutes, up to a maximum of $30 for the whole day.
The farmers’ market is easily accessible even with public transport operated by Metro. From Downtown, it takes about 35 minutes by bus 16, from 5th / Grand to 3rd / Ogden.
LOS ANGELES FALL FESTIVAL 2024 PROGRAM
The festival officially begins on Saturday 19th October at 11:00 in the morning in the Plaza area: pumpkins, puppet shows and lots of entertainment for the little ones. A Band will entertain guests in the West Patio area from 6pm to 8pm.
The following day, lots of shows and entertainment at the Plaza, East and West Patio areas. Closing of the event with the show at 16:00.
TICKET PRICES
Access to the Festival, shows, shows and exhibitions is totally FREE. You will obviously pay for what is consumed, and for purchases at the stalls.
