In March Dubai it hosts Yogafest, an extraordinary exhibition born with the aim of connecting all the communities in large green spaces, encouraging a sustainable lifestyle. For a healthier and happier life!

A big plus is also the beneficial purpose of the event. Yogafest, in fact, supports children’s charities.

During the three days of the Festival, you will find a calendar full of events and activities focused on yoga, free classes and meditation groups. At Yogafest take part prepared personnel and the best teachers of Dubai, called to offer their own contribution for this occasion.
And of course there will be plenty of healthy food and items related to this extraordinary activity.

Yogafest is an event open to all, for any age. Not an event that alone can be worth a trip to Dubai but, if you were in this period for a holiday, you should not miss it.

HOW TO GET

You can reach Dubai by direct flight from the main European and extra-European destinations. The international airport, modern and efficient, it is well connected to the center.

The 2022 edition of Yogafest takes place at the Dubai Internet City Amphitheater, between the 1 and 2 buildings, located later, the Lake. You can use the subway, getting off at the Nakheel Metro Station stop. From here, in about 15 minutes of walking, you arrive at your destination, taking the exit in the direction of Sheikh Zayed Road South.
Alternatively, the 8 bus lines, 83, 85, 88, X28 are used here.

YOGAFEST 2022 PROGRAM AND TIMES

At the 2022 edition, around 100 different activities suitable for all levels (from beginners to experts) await you in 4 areas: The Yoga Tent, the Meditation Tent, the Family Tent and the Learning Tent.
It starts on Friday 18 at 16:00 with Hatha Flow, at the Yoga tent, until 20:45. Saturday 19, we start at the first light of the morning with 108 Sun Salutations, starting at 06:20! For the last day, activities start at 07:00 and end at 19:00.
Courses, classes and yoga sessions with professional instructors await you.
At the Vegetariana Food Court, however, you will be able to buy and try healthy food.
