All this in the evocative context of the old city of Ragusa. A truly magical place for an equally wonderful event.
Dubrovnik Summer Festival was born in the distant 1950, with the idea of reviving the Croatian cultural history, traditions, artistic and creative spirit, with the charm and the baroque atmosphere of the city. This led to the emergence of an event of extraordinary appeal, particularly appreciated.
This year, the festival celebrates its 76th anniversary. For the occasion, ample space will be given to the theatrical program, which has always been a point of reference for the Dubrovnik Summer Festival. There will be interesting performances by international guests and the most recent Croatian productions. Intriguing ballet performances. Musical projects, with great variety of ensembles, periods of style, genres and poetics with enviable artistic value. And of course, folk dance shows and folk music.
Dubrovnik can be easily reached by plane, with direct flight from the main European destinations. From Dubrovnik international airport, you can get to the center, and in the old city, by bus.
The old city is easily accessible and can be easily turned on foot.
