CHRISTMAS MARKETS IN PLAC WOLNOŚCI

In less than 10 minutes on foot you can reach this other symbol of Christmas in Poznan.
In addition to the traditional stalls, with souvenirs and typical products, you can take the opportunity to take a ride on the suggestive Ferris Wheel. It will be possible to admire the city from above, all illuminated.

To access you will need to obtain tickets at the cash desk, at the entrance to the carousel.
The markets are open every day, from 21st November 2025 to 06th January 2026, from 11:00 to 21:00

EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES

On the central stage of Stary Rytek, from Friday 12th to Sunday 14th December 2025, extraordinary ice artists will compete… with chisels.
It will be up to them to shape blocks of ice during the Ice Sculpture Festival.
The best works will then be exhibited in special spaces, to the delight of visitors. It will be possible to admire them … until the dissolution. Rest assured though: with the cold temperatures of this period it will not happen too easily !!

And remaining on the subject of ice, we cannot talk about Christmas without mentioning the ice rinks! During the Christmas period you can choose 3, including the ice rink in the splendid setting of Lake Malta. It is located at ul. Jana Pawła II and is in operation from mid-November 2025 to the end of March 2026, from 08:00 to 22:00; on Fridays and Saturdays closing at 11pm. Rental costs 13zl on weekends, and 10zl on weekdays.

For all Christmas weekends, tram 24 changes its skin and turns into the Christmas Tram. To the delight of the little ones.
Appointment, on December, on days 6, 7, 13, 14, 20 and 21, with 4 runs starting at 3:40 pm.
