Choosing an accommodation to sleep in London is never too easy. Even if it were your second or third time in the capital. An incredibly vast city, with a truly unique accommodation offer. Generally speaking, prices for sleeping in London are quite high. Especially in the center and near the most important points of interest. The range of prices varies considerably from area to area. And quality too.
The choice of accommodation also affects the airport from which one departs and / or arrives. Often, it is preferable to choose a comfort solution, easily accessible at the reference airport.
London is an incredible, intercultural city. Each area has its own identity; Covent Garden is the theater district; Blommsbury is the area of museums, art and culture. Brixton, is a multi-ethnic area, quite cheap. Green spaces dominate at Wimbledon. Kensington is the area of the rich: staying here could be very expensive. Hammersmith, not far from the center, does not excite, although it borders on first-rate roads. If you are looking for a serious and peaceful neighborhood then Myfair is for you. Canary Wharf is the financial district where the prices go down on the weekend and the hotels are new; among other things, it is well connected to the center.
Generally the most expensive months in the city, are May, June, July and the Christmas period from Boxing Day (Santo Stefano) to the Epiphany.
In our opinion, the best time to visit the British capital is from 01 December to the beginning of January; in this period, you will breathe a truly unique Christmas atmosphere, comparable only to that of New York. Very beautiful also May and June. With the days getting longer, you can take advantage of the many outdoor activities that London can offer.
Kensington-Earl’s Court and Victoria, in our opinion, are the best areas to sleep London.
Kensington-Earl’s Court is one of the best areas of London, including stately Anglo-Saxon style houses, and lots of boutiques. This is an area well served by public transport, with widespread connections to the City. It is also a favorite area for stars and celebrities. Staying in these parts, you can easily cross some of them! Kensington is one of the best areas for visitors arriving from London Heathrow airport.

The reason is due to the presence of the homonymous railway station, one of the most important connection hubs of the city, and of the United Kingdom. The subway, the long-distance trains for the United Kingdom, and numerous bus lines that also connect the main airports of the Capital pass through Victoria Station.
Victoria Station also offers many solutions to sleep in London, suitable for all tastes, and best London Hotels.
