Porto Airport

Sa Carneiro is an international airport located approximately 11 kilometers from the center of the Portuguese city of Porto. By passenger volume, it is the second busiest airport in the whole country, behind the Lisbon airport. It is named after Francisco Sa Carneiro, Portuguese Prime Minister, who died in a plane crash.

Inside the Terminal, numerous dining options, bars and fast-food restaurants with international gastronomic proposals are available to travelers. You will also find shopping areas, shops and duty-free. Throughout the building you can surf for FREE using the “_VINCI Airport WiFi” network. Just connect your device and follow the on-screen instructions.

If you are traveling with children, you will have well-marked changing areas available. After passing through the security gates on the second floor, children aged 2 to 7 can access the Playground area.

Line E runs from Porto airport to Estadio do Dragão station, passing through the city center. The metro operates every day, including holidays, from 06:00 to 01:00 at night, with frequencies ranging from 20 to 30 minutes approximately. The complete journey from the two terminus takes about 40 minutes.
