Stockholm Arlanda International Airport is the capital’s main airport, as well as the busiest in Sweden. It is one of the three hubs of the Scandinavian Airlines System. The airport is located about 40 km north of Stockholm and has four terminals, 2 of which (Terminal 2 and 5) are intended for international flights.
The immense structure obviously hosts numerous areas dedicated to shopping. There are duty free and all essential services.
For those traveling with children, there are numerous areas dedicated to them. Three large play areas are located inside the T5, past the security gates. Special areas for changing babies are located near the bathrooms and are all well marked by a special sign.
Inside, there are also numerous ATMs for withdrawing cash, a post office, and luggage storage with a personal key. The wifi line covers the entire building. Just connect to the “Airport_Guest” network to surf for free for the first 3 hours. Those who need more time will have to pay the rate of €1 per hour by registering their credit card.
