The village is spread over two large areas.
The upper area is located immediately to the right of the entrance. Most of the games and activities designed for children are concentrated here.
There are two swimming pools, a mini golf course, shooting ranges and more.
Some time ago popcorn was also given to guests of the village, but not anymore!
There are comfortable sunbeds available for guests but most of the games are all outdoors and in full sun: in summer it is really too hot.
WHAT TO SEE AT POPEYE VILLAGE: LOWER AREA
The main attraction of the park is undoubtedly represented by the splendid wooden houses in a riot of colors that dominate the entire splendid bay.
The descent offers truly suggestive glimpses and views of Anchor Bay, to the delight of all photographers and instagrammers!
Obviously we too could not resist the impulse!
THE HOUSES
All of colorful wood, these houses can all be visited. In total there are about twenty: you will find the saloon, the post office, some house-museums with interesting exhibitions.
The cinema house is also beautiful, where a film with the history of the park is shown at regular intervals. There are 40 seats. At the entrance, the sculpture of Robin Williams, the unforgettable protagonist of the film, awaits you.
THE BEACH AND WATER GAMES
A small beach and two stairway accesses allow you to dive into the waters of Anchor Bay. Here guests can have fun with the water courses and slides in the middle of the sea. Really nice and one of the must-see attractions on what to see at Popeye Village.
There are also deck chairs and umbrellas. The only drawback is that they are never enough for the number of guests of the Village: those who arrive late have bad lodgings!
SERVICES, BAR, RESTAURANT
Near the beach there are showers, toilets and changing rooms available to all guests of the hotel. Just before the beach there is also a small bar where you can buy soft drinks, water and coffee.
Sandwiches and pizzas can be purchased at the very beginning of the lower Popeye Village area.
