AIRPLANE

Ioannis Kapodistrias Airport, is the international airport of Corfu, located about 3 kilometers south of the homonymous city. Named in memory of the diplomat, the first head of state of independent Greece, it has two terminals and entered into operation in 1962. HOW TO GET TO CORFU BY SHIP

Neo Limani, or New Port, is the terminal where ships from Italy and from Greek continental ports come from. It is located north-east from the capital, less than 10 minutes away from the center. Inside the port terminal is the meeting point where people with disabilities or people with reduced mobility can announce their arrival and request assistance.

Ferries depart from Ancona, Bari and Brindisi and arrive in Corfu in about 8 hours, while, from Venice, you arrive after a long crossing of over 24 hours! On the other hand, those wishing to visit the hinterland can reach Corfu from the port of Igoumenitsa: the journey takes between 60 and 90 minutes.
