The Société des Autobus Bastiais company manages the public road transport service in the city. Every day 9 ordinary lines are active (from L1 to L6, LA, LB and LC) plus some special lines.
Buses connect the entire city in a widespread manner, including the port. Nine bus lines, marked by a number and a different colour, excellent for getting around Bastia; they are in service from early morning until 8pm (times vary depending on the bus). In addition to the ordinary lines, there are some special itineraries and the LN Line, known as Ligne de Nuit, operating exclusively on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 9pm to 11.30pm, with frequencies of 30 minutes.
