Chicago O Hare is an international airport located about 27 kilometers from Chicago. It is one of the most important, and trafficked, airports of the United States of America, with 80 millions of passengers transiting each year!

CHICAGO O HARE AIRPORT – CENTER CONNECTIONS
BLUE LINE CTA
With the subway you can easily reach the center of Chicago. The Blue line operates from O Hare airport to Forest Park.
It works every day of the year, from Monday to Sunday, including holidays. It is open 24 hours a day with frequencies between 7 and 10 minutes.
To take the metro from the airport, you must follow the clear and visible signs. The Chicago subway is referred to simply as “The L“. Terminals T1, T2 and T3 are connected to each other through underground passages. The international Terminal T5, on the other hand, is connected by a free shuttle.
The ticket, valid for one trip from the airport, costs $5.00 per adult, and $1.15 reduced for children from 7 to 11 years.
In fact, from the airport O Hare, the PREMIUM Rate applies.
You can buy tickets at the special machines, with cash or cards.
METRA
It is a train service connecting with the Chicagoland area. Metro’s North Central Rail Line connects Chicago O Hare Airport with Union Station and the north-central suburbs to Antioch (last stop).
The service operates on weekdays, at a cost of $6.25. To reach the Metra railway station, you can use the shuttle.
