EuroAirport Basel Mulhouse Freiburg. Direct links Airport

EuroAirport

Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg Airport, also known as EuroAirport, is the first and only example in the world of a trinational airport.

Indeed, it was built by Switzerland on French territory in the commune of Saint-Louis and serves the city of Basel in Switzerland, the city of Mulhouse in France and Freiburg in Germany.

The airport is divided into two independent complexes with their own customs centers: one for France and another for Switzerland. Right in the center of the two structures is the border between the two states.

The numbers of 2024 explain the incredible success of the Euro airport with about 9 million passengers, over 100 daily flights and 36 destinations. A real gateway to the heart of Western Europe; the crossroads to economically thriving regions such as Alsace, North West Switzerland and Baden-Württemberg.

Inside you will find numerous bars, restaurants, boutiques, and duty free. There are several ATMs available throughout the hotel to withdraw cash. The wifi line is available free of charge for all airport guests. Just select the “Free_EuroAirport_WiFi” network on your device and accept the general conditions.
