The Vendicari Reserve extends over an area of over 1500 hectares.
To visit it in full autonomy, 3 official itineraries have been set up to make the most of all the beauty that the place is able to offer.
Each itinerary takes almost a day to complete.
The length of the route requires appropriate clothing, comfortable shoes and, above all, food and plenty of water: you will not find any stores within the Reserve.
Organize yourself so that everything you carry is not in the way (a good solution would be a backpack with a thermal compartment).
Do not miss anything, especially if you are traveling with children. In this case, opt for Halved Vendicari Itineraries.
Pack a hat and sunscreen: many trails are not sheltered from the sun and could be particularly heavy in the height of summer.
