Budapest City Card. Info, transports, attractions. Types and prices

Budapest City Card

Getting around in Budapest by public transport is simple, and quite cheap. Especially if compared to cities like London and Paris.

Budapest City Card combines the convenience of unlimited public transport, the opportunity to visit for free, or with large discounts, over 100 tourist attractions; Budapest’s best museums, spas, bars, restaurants and even hammams are included.
Hungarian National Gallery, Museum of Fine Arts, History Museum, Lukács spas, are some of the must-see attractions included in the card.

The city card also allows you to use the renowned ones tramlines 2, 4 and 6 that run through the most beautiful and significant places in the city. So you can enjoy the beauties of the old town from the window of a vintage vehicle, often dated, and, precisely for this reason, really suggestive.
It also includes two free walking tours, lasting about 150 minutes. A tour leaves from Buda at 14:00. Another, starts from Pest at 10:30.

Budapest City Card is available in five different sizes, depending on the duration. We recommend it for the price, the number of attractions included (including access to the thermal baths) and the possibility to avoid queues at the counters.
