Thessaloniki Airport. Info, and direct links. Getting around by taxi bus

Thessaloniki Airport

Thessaloniki Airport Makedonia is an international airport located near the Greek town of Mikra, approximately 14 kilometers south of Thessaloniki. By passenger volume, it is one of the busiest airports in all of Greece, behind only Athens and Crete-Heraklion.

The airport consists of a single terminal which is spread over three floors. All arrivals are located on the ground floor. On the first floor there are the embarkations and departures. Here, you will find the main shopping, duty free, bars and services areas. On the second floor, however, you will find a bar and two restaurants with a panoramic area on the airport runway. Disabled people and people requiring assistance must contact the airline 48 hours before departure. The wifi line is free and available in virtually every area of the building.
