A truly fascinating journey that will take you back in time. Not just a train, but probably one of the most interesting excursions within the island of Mallorca. The Soller train connects, in about an hour’s drive, the town with Palma de Mallorca. What makes the Soller Railway unique is, above all, rolling stock. Leaving behind Palma de Mallorca, in just 20 minutes you will find yourself among the island nature. To admire, the Serra de Tramuntana, and then the mountains of Bunyola; the very suggestive train passes through bridges, the mythical “cinc-ponts” viaduct with its five arches, and tunnels. Beautiful, and splendid, the natural barrier of the Sierra de Alfàbia mountain range, 2,8 km wide and 496 meters high. Truly a journey of the past. And, for a truly complete experience, do not miss a trip aboard the legendary Tram de Sòller.
