Le capitali della cultura 2016 sono Breslava (Polonia) e San Sebastián (Spagna). Si parte il 20 Gennaio, con la tradizionale Traborrada (spettacolare festa cittadina); gli eventi si terranno nei teatri, gallerie, musei, biblioteche, e tra questi spicca il Kursaal, l’edificio Icona della città progettata da Rafael Moneo. La cerimonia di apertura si terrà il 23 Gennaio e sarà diretta da Hansel Cereza. Appena comincia il tramonto potrete assitere ad un meraviglioso gioco di luci e performance che sarà ambientato sui ponti del fiume Urumea. Dal mese di febbraio si inaugurerà Time machine soup: un viaggio nel tempo in cui ogni spettatore potrà provare 12 differenti piatti tipici, da quelli preparati nelle caverne fino ai più recenti. Come arrivare Dall’italia non esistono voli diretti a San Sebastián, ma dagli Aeroporti di Milano Malpensa e Roma Fiumicino potete volare con Iberia e Vueling facendo scalo a Madrid o Barcellona.
