Lineup Camp Bestival 2025 WHERE: Isle of Wight, EnglandWHEN: July 31st to August 3rd, 2025 Created by families, for families. With this slogan, Lulworth is ready to host the fifteenth edition of one of the most loved festivals by families in the whole of the United Kingdom: Camp Bestival. Born as the “little brother” of the more important Bestival, the event has achieved incredible success since its first edition, dated 2008. Thanks to the lineup, with eclectic artists and, above all, its extraordinary setting, between green spaces and rolling hills, perfect for the various activities. After difficult years, culminating with the period of controlled administration in 2018 and the consequent suppression of the more important Bestival, Camp Bestival has been able to reinvent itself. Today it is considered the benchmark among family festivals throughout the United Kingdom, obtaining numerous awards including the Best New Festival UK Festival Awards in 2008, and the best festival for families in 2009, 2010, 2013 and 2014 The Festival, in fact, has become a true phenomenon, standing out above all for its unconventional character. An event in which art and creativity are the common denominator. In addition to music that embraces the most disparate genres, there will be ample space for comedy, theater and even circus art. At Camp Bestival, you can spend four fantastic days among musical and creative surprises, and extraordinary performances. You can dance and have fun. There is also a fantastic day in costume with incredible costumes. Mountains of food and lots and lots of fun guaranteed. Glastonbury Festival 2018

Glastonbury Festival 2018

News

Glastonbury Festival 2018, alternatives to the event due to sabbatical year The 2017 edition of the Glastonbury Festival of Contemperary Performing Arts, has done nothing but confirm the results of previous years. Today, the Festival plays a leading role in the UK’s art and music festivals. Music, shows, dance, cabaret, theater, and even circus arts. This, and more, is the Glastonbury Festival. An event that attracts first-class international artists, and, with a truly incredible following; both in terms of viewers and from the media point of view. Televisions, newspapers and magazines are increasingly attracted to the event. A festival that, despite its scale, takes place in the small community of Pilton, a remote village not far from the most famous Glastonbury. Great artists, from the year of birth, performed on this stage: Bjork, Coldplay, David Bowie, Muse, Pulp, Radiohead, REM, Springsteen, The Cure, U2 … making a list is really very difficult, if not impossible. Unfortunately, just to ensure maximum organizational efficiency, the organizers take a break every 5 or 6 years. The last time was in 2012. Unfortunately, it also touches this year. The 2018 edition of the Glastonbury Festival will not see the light and the appointment is postponed until next year. The dates have already been known for a long time. The 2019 edition will take place from 26 to 30 June. All that remains is to wait impatiently, even if the alternatives to the Glastonbury Festival 2018 certainly are not lacking. In particular, in the United Kingdom. In Manchester, just over 300 kilometers to the north, on 09 and 10 June you can make a jump to Parklife, in a splendid and evocative setting. More than just an alternative, the sumptuous Isle of Wight Festival, which, this year, celebrates the 50th anniversary. And, for the occasion, it proposes a great lineup that includes, among other things, Depeche Mode , Liam Gallagher, The Killers, Kasabian, The Script and many others. Appointment from 21st to 24th June for the fantastic Isle Of Wight Festival 2018.

Blue Flags 2018

News

Blue Flags 2018. Guide and practical info about best italian beaches Awarded the Blue Flags 2018. Also this year, with punctuality, before the beginning of the summer season, the prestigious award was given by the Foundation for Environmental Education. The assignment of the Blue Flags 2018, as per tradition, took place according to rather strict and selective criteria. A selection that awarded 368 beaches for excellent bathing water, an efficient purification system, and numerous services; from cycle paths to green spaces, up to recycling. Compared to the previous year, the municipalities and the recognized beaches have increased. In fact, Italian municipalities pass to 175, compared to 163 in 2017. It seems clear that the mayors are more sensitive to the issue than before. There is no doubt that the Blue Flag had represented, in the past years, a reason for many discussions. In fact, it has been established that the municipalities that have obtained this recognition receive greater consideration (and therefore more bookings in accommodation facilities) by tourists. Also this year, the undisputed queen is Liguria, awarded 27 Blue Flags 2018. Next, in this special ranking of the Regions, there are Tuscany that confirms 19 Flags, and Campania, with as many as 18 beaches, including the 3 New Entry Sorrento, Piano di Sorrento and Ispani. The figures are followed by Marche, Puglia and Sardinia which receive, respectively, 16, 14 and 13 Blue Flags 2018. With the news of the beaches of Sellia Marina and Tortora, Calabria reaches Emilia Romagna at 9 locations. Among the provinces, it is Salerno that obtains the highest number of Blue Flags 2018, with 14 locations. Followed by Savona, with 13 and Livorno with 8. Salerno, and Cilento, confirm the excellent trend of recent years Not only the sea: even the lake resorts have received the prestigious recognition, thanks to the commitment of the territory in promoting sustainable tourism, water quality and services available to tourists. This year, 16 lakes have been awarded prizes. On the official website, through this link, you can view the complete list of all the beaches and the tourist berths awarded the recognition; for the most curious, you can view the complete lists of the last few years.
