Paris Charles De Gaulle International Airport is located 25 kilometers north-east of Paris. It is the first French airport, and the second airport in Europe by number of passengers after London Heathrow. It is equipped with all comforts and services, including wifi available practically everywhere. Externally, it is possible to stay in the most important international chains. There are shopping areas, offices, hotels. Absolutely nothing is missing.
Terminal 2E (Departures Hall) hosts Espace Musees, an exhibition space of about 250 square meters with works of art and traveling exhibitions. Gaming Areas, located in different areas of Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport, are areas dedicated to children who love to try their hand at the world of gaming and Plasystation.

A free CDGVal shuttle is available between stations and terminals.
Paris Charles de Gaulle airport is well connected to the city center. RATP manages the rail link between Charles de Gaulle airport and the center (Denfert-Rochereau, Saint-Michel-Notre-Dame, Gare du Nord stations). The RER line stop is located in Terminal 2 of Paris Charles de Gaulle airport; however, you can take advantage of a free shuttle service between stations and terminals, should your flight land at another terminal. Trains have a frequency between 10 and 15 minutes and take about 25 minutes to arrive at the Gare du Nord stop. The service is active from early morning until about midnight.
The ticket price is €11.40 (Navigo flat rate accepted, zone 1-5 tickets). It also includes any subsequent metro / RER journeys (as long as they are within zone 1) to reach your destination. So you can take with the same ticket, RER B + underground, in the same travel itinerary (ATTENTION: exiting the underground network, the ticket is no longer valid).
Until 2025, the B line of the RER will be subject to maintenance and modernization. Some restrictions or closures of stations will be possible. Please inquire in advance on the company’s official website.
It is also possible to get to the city via the Roissybus, a regular shuttle bus connection between Paris Charles De Gaulle airport (termninal 1/2/3) and Place Opéra, and vice versa. The bus runs every day, including Sundays and holidays, from 06:00 to 00:30. Non-nominative and undated ticket, valid for one route only, which can also be purchased on board. It costs €12.50 per person.
Bus lines 350 and 351 are solutions mainly indicated to save money. Bus 350 arrives at Paris-Gare de l’est in about 80 minutes. In operation from 05:30 to 21:30 for Paris Charles de Gaulle and, vice versa, from 06:00 to 22:30. Bus 351, on the other hand, connects the airport with Place de la Nation. For both lines, the ticket costs €6.00 per person. The frequency varies from 15 to 30 minutes.
Gare du Nord is one of the main railway stations in Paris. It is located in rue de Dunkerque, in the 10th arrondissement, not far from Gare de l’Est. It is one of the six largest stations in the city as well as, the hub reaches in rail links.
Once you reach the train station, from Paris Charles de Gaulle airport, you can travel by train to numerous national and international destinations. EUROSTAR trains connect the airport with London; Thalys connects Belgium, Northern Germany and the Netherlands. SCNF trains guarantee connections throughout the national territory.
