For the occasion, the popular review site for restaurants, hotels and tourist destinations has awarded the world’s best refined restaurants.
From the special ranking list it is clear that Europe is the place where we eat best, with the United Kingdom and France playing the lion’s share. The “Old Continent” places 5 restaurants in the top 5 world positions and a total of 6 in the Top Ten.
The Black Swan at Oldstead, in the homonymous British town of first place among the best fine restaurants in the world. Almost a plebiscite of positive reviews. Among the strengths, the wide selection, including vegetarian cuisine and gluten-free foods, creativity, the excellent selection of wines.
Placement of honor for another British restaurant: Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons. Located in Great Milton, it also features an excellent and creative cuisine.
The French, rather proud of their culinary tradition, must be content with only third place among the best refined restaurants in the world. You have to reach the wonderful Burgundy, and the small town of Chagny, to delight yourself at the Maison Lameloise.
Daniel, in New York City, ranks sixth. It is the first among non-European restaurants.
