Second edition of the Travelers’ Choice – Best Airlines, with which the popular TripAdvisor®, has awarded the Best Airlines 2018.
In the special ranking, user reviews were taken into consideration, in terms of quality and quantity, over a period of 12 months. First place among the best 2018 Airlines is up to Singapore Airlines, judged the travelers’ preferred air carrier. For the Asian carrier, 5-star certified Skytrax, the recognition is a further proof of its efficiency and reliability. Characteristics that distinguish Asian companies, once again this year, absolute protagonists, with 6 carriers in the TOP 10! Singapore is also buying up awards this year, also getting the recognition for the BEST FIRST CLASS and the BEST ECONOMY CLASS.
Singapore Airlines precedes Air New Zealand, an airline that is taking an important step forward compared to 2017 (5th classified); among the aspects most appreciated by travelers, punctuality and customer service. The New Zealand carrier, for the second year in a row, is the prize for the BEST PREMIUM ECONOMY CLASS.
Emirates closes the podium, a company that won first place last year. It is certainly not a defeat. We still talk about companies with the highest quality standards. Suffice it to say that in 2016, he won the Skytrax Oscar for airlines (World Airline Award).
