The bus is active every day, from Monday to Friday, from 06:30 to 00:30 towards Alexanderplatz; From 06:00 to 00:30 towards Hertzallee. From 08:00 to 22:30, the frequencies are between 7 and 10 minutes. In the other bands, he ran every 20 minutes.
On Saturdays and Sundays, the 100 Berlin bus is active from 07:00 to 00:30, in both directions. Just over the weekend, in response to the highest influx of travelers and tourists, the races are really frequent … even every 5 minutes!


To travel on the bus you can use a short ticket at a cost of €2.00 per person (€1.50 at reduced rate). Keep in mind, however, that with this ticket you can take a trip for a time limit of 20 minutes, and a maximum of 6 stops (from origin to destination). Remember that children of age less than 6 years travel free on all means, accompanied by a paying adult. On this bus the transport of bicycles is not allowed.

Being a “tourist” line, it is quite easy to find very crowded buses. It is therefore recommended to avoid peak times; Opt for the first races, or, in the evening. Alternatively, bus 200 carries out a relatively similar path and is less crowded.
