Relatively small, and with a rather concentrated center, the Estonian city can only be visited on foot.
The main points of interest are concentrated within a few hundred meters.
The main bus station (Haapsalu Bussijam) is located about a kilometer from Evald Okase Muuseum, and less than 20 minutes walk from Tantsupaviljon.
