The MTV EMA 2022 lands in beautiful Düsseldorf, one of the liveliest cities in Europe, for an epic musical night.
An event not to be missed, with international stars, incredible shows, live performances, and a shower of prizes.

This is the sixth edition in Germany, the first in Düsseldorf.

And impressive numbers, to say the least, with nearly 200 countries around the world tuned in, ready to broadcast the event live.

Born in 1994, the MTV Europe Music Awards reward the best artists on the music scene every year. Each year, the event is hosted in a different city. Germany and the United Kingdom have the primacy with 5 editions. For Spain, protagonist of the MTV EMA 2019, this is the 4th edition, as well as the second consecutive after Bilbao.

The event is the right opportunity to see your favorite stars up close. Dua Lipa, Justin Bieber, Taylor Swift, Camilla Cabello, Lady Gaga , and Stormzy are just some of the stars of recent editions.
Between parades along the Carpet, incredible performances, and the awaited awards ceremony, fun is guaranteed.

HOW TO GET THERE

Düsseldorf is easily reachable by plane from the main European destinations. The international airport connects, every day, more than 230 destinations and a total of 65 countries!
The city center can be easily reached by public transport.

The location of the MTV EMA 2022 will be PSD Bank Dome, located at DEG-Platz 1 (Theodorstraße 281).
the Arena is located in a strategic position, near the motorway junctions, and perfectly reachable by public transport VRR. S-Bahn, tram and bus make regular connections to the city center. The Tram 701 stops right in front of the Arena entrance. The Bus 756 and 758 stop along Theodorestrasse , not far from the place.

Three large car parks (P1, P3 and P4) are available in the immediate vicinity of the PSD Bank, with a total capacity of 2500 parking spaces. Parking costs €7.
