The best time to visit the city, according to the inhabitants? No doubt. The one in concomitance with the April Fair Seville, one of the most anticipated events of the year. Together with the Holy Week.
The Feria de Abril Seville, is the most popular festival in the city. It takes place two weeks after Easter. The party was born in 1847 as a cattle fair. Over the years, he began to change the initial character, until it assumed its current form; that is, an incredibly amusing party, in which you dance, dance and go wild until the first light of the morning.

During the Feria de Abril Seville, there are suggestive scenographies, great shows, and parades. And a particularly cheerful and partying atmosphere, with lots of people dancing in the street.
Naturally, who has the opportunity, can not miss a visit to booths. This is the place where the fair is lived; a family space, in which friends, relatives and guests are welcomed with the typical products of the land, and where wine is drunk, sang, chat and, of course, dance the sevillana.
Most of the Casetas, are private homes, which are accessed only by direct invitation via an acquaintance; you will still be able to access many free Casetas, inside the fair grounds. In general, they are the tents of political parties.
In our opinion, the Feria de Abril Seville is the right opportunity to discover this wonderful city. Seeing is believing.
The Seville international airport is well connected, with direct flights, with the main European destinations. Located just 10 km from the center, it is one of the busiest airports in Spain.
As soon as you land, you can easily reach the city with the special EA bus.
The festival takes place in the Barrio del Los Remedios fairgrounds. You can arrive by bus 06, 41 and C2 going down to Virgen de Luján. With the 1 metro line, get off at Princes Park.
