Burgas Airport is an international airport located in Sarafovo, 10 kilometers north of Burgas. For passenger traffic, it is the second most important airport in Bulgaria after Sofia. Air traffic increases exponentially during the summer and the storming of the seaside resorts.
The new T2, fully operational by 2014, is the new reference terminal. Inside, you’ll find duty-free shopping areas, dining options and free Wi-Fi throughout the building.
Throughout the year, connections are guaranteed to Moscow-Sheremetyevo (Aeroflot), Moscow-Domodedovo (S7 Airlines) and London-Luton (Wizz Air). Almost all flights, on the other hand, are guaranteed during the seasonal period.

CONNECTIONS BURGAS AIRPORT – CENTER
A single bus route connects the Burgas airport and the city center. Alternatively, you can rent a car directly at the airport, or take a taxi.
BUS
The 15 line connects the airport and the central bus station in the city center every day. From here, you can reach neighboring countries and outdoor areas with other buses or minibuses. In high season, the service from the center of Burgas is enhanced by the renowned Nassebar and Sunny Beach.
The station is located outside the Terminal, near the departure area. Tickets can be purchased directly on board. It costs 1.30 BGN (approximately €0.66).
CAR AND TAXI
Directly at the airport, it is possible to rent a car and reach Burgas and the surrounding destinations. From this link, you can rent your car at the best price.
