Boston Logan

Boston Logan is an international airport, located east of Boston, named after the General born in the American city.
With over 30 million passengers in transit, every year it is among the twenty busiest airports in the USA.

The airport is based on Cape Air and Delta Air Lines, and offers direct connections to the United States, Canada, Mexico, South America, Europe, Asia and Africa.
Modern and efficient, it has 4 Terminals, 6 runways, and numerous services inside. You will find lots of shopping, duty-free areas, bars, restaurants.
The wifi line is available for FREE for all the guests of the 4 terminals. With your device, look for the SSID – “LoganWifi” line, accept the terms, and connect for free.

For the little ones, play areas are available in Terminals A, B and C. Some of them focus on the theme of flights, presenting a playing replica of the Boston Control Tower (T-A, Gate 18). For those traveling in the company of animals, at Terminal E, near Gate E7, there is a special relaxation area for small friends.

BOSTON LOGAN AIRPORT CONNECTIONS

AIRPORT SHUTTLE

A convenient shuttle service that connects, free of charge, the car rental center, the station and the Blue MTBA line.
There are 6 lines, running from morning until evening.

METRO

The best, and cheapest, way to get to Boston is with the Blue Line of the Metro. It is ideal for reaching the following areas of Boston: Back Bay, Brookline, College, Downtown Boston, Fenway Park, The Longwood Medical Area, Newton, Northeastern University.

The Blue Line station can only be reached with a free shuttle, Massport Shuttle Bus, departing from all Boston Logan Terminals.
The service works every day, from 05:00 to 00:30. The ticket for a single CharlieTicket ride costs $ 2.65. You can buy it in cash and by card at the automatic machines at the airport.

LOGAN EXPRESS

A great bus connection from the various Boston-Logan Terminals to the American city.
Logan Express offers a fast and economical service, and travel times from 20 to 45’.
At the airport, the station is located outside, near the Arrivals Hall of Terminal A, Terminal B Stop 1, Terminal B Stop 2, Terminal C, and Terminal E.

5 bus lines are active.
With the Back Bay line, you can reach Boston Downtown and the Hynes Convention Center. It is active every day, every 20 minutes, from 06:00 to 22:00 from the airport. The ticket costs $3.00, with payment ONLY with a credit / debit card.
The other lines allow you to reach Braintree, Framingham, Peabody and Waburn. The ticket costs $12.00.

SL1, the so-called SILVER LINE, is a convenient FREE bus service that connects the airport with the South Station. From here, you can use Commuter Rail, Amtrak, Bus or the Red Line.
The SL1 line is active every day, from 05:30 to 00:30, and is also accessible to people with reduced mobility.

TAXI

Outside the Arrivals Hall of each terminal, you will find taxis to reach Boston and other locations. The journey to Downtown and Cambridge lasts between 20 and 35 ’depending on traffic. A ride costs around 30/40 $. Always inform yourself of the cost in advance. Additional fees apply for large luggage and suitcases.
You can also pay by credit card.
Always remember to leave a tip, preferably in cash, of at least 25% of the total amount.
