CANCELLATION
Once the reservation has been paid, the ticket can no longer be canceled by the passenger. Therefore, the price paid will not be reimbursed. In case of exceptional events (surgical interventions, deaths of family members), Vueling will be able to evaluate the individual case. We recommend that you take out insurance to be free from any worries.
NOMINATIVE MODIFICATION
You can change the names of passengers at any time up to 1 now before departure, provided they have not yet used any booking section.
The change is free by purchasing tickets with EXCELLENCE tariff. The name change with a BASIC or OPTIMA fare ticket costs 50,00€ per passenger. Keep in mind that for all tickets, you must always add the difference in the rate.
In other words, if you had to change the name too close to the flight, the price could be very high. Furthermore, Vueling does not offer free change in case of misspellings. Pay maximum attention, therefore, when you write down the names of the passengers at the time of booking!
MODIFY FLIGHT
You can change your flight up to an hour before departure. The change is free with tickets with EXCELLENCE tariff or, if your ticket has the extra FLEXFLY option. Otherwise, with BASIC and OPTIMA fare, you have to pay €50,00 per person for each leg.
As in the case of the name, even if you change the flight, you will always have to pay the difference in fare, regardless of the ticket you have (even Excellence and FlexiFly). It is always advisable, therefore, to avoid changing your flight close to departure: the price, probably, will be leavened … and not a little!
ADVANCE FLIGHT
An interesting option offered by Vueling is the Flight Advance. It is free, by purchasing an OPTIMA or EXCELLENCE ticket, and allows you to anticipate your flight for free, taking another one departing on the same day. The option is offered as an extra, for a fee, with a BASIC rate.
You can also use the option directly from the app on your smartphone.
Only by purchasing a ticket with the EXCELLENCE tariff can you request a refund of your ticket, up to 2 hours before the departure of the flight.
